Below are recent copies of the governing documents which are the basis for defining the relationship between the the shareholders, residents, board members and officers, management, regulating bodies, and others. These documents are available to download and print here, but please check with the office to make sure you have the most recent and correct version of these documents.

Application for Membership

The application for membership is submitted when a new potential member wishes to be considered for our waiting list.  The complex currently has 373 livable units, and each member occupies a specific unit and has equal ownership and shareholder voting rights in the corporation.

Shareholder Rules and Regulations

The Rules and Regulations are similar to CC&Rs that govern what homeowners can and cannot do in HOAs, except that because we are a housing cooperative, the rules are tailored to cooperative living among shareholders rather than individual property owners.

HUD Regulatory Agreement

HUD has guaranteed a low-interest loan on Concord Village, and as a result, maintains some regulatory control over the property, including requiring that we make vacant units available to lower-income families on a waiting list basis.
