The Village Timeline blog is a year-by-year review of the major milestones, projects, enhancements and enduring decisions made at Concord Village since it was founded. Since nearly all historical documents were lost or destroyed, this history is taken from bits and pieces pulled together from Concord Village residents.
Originally, the property was built in five phases and separate 3% HUD insured loans were taken out for each phase, each paid off 40 years later. In 1995, an additional 8% loan was secured for improvements, which was refinanced at it's original principal and a new 4.5% interest rate in 2011. Below is some information about each of these loans:

Origially, Concord Village was created by combining eight different parcels into one project, and then five loans were secured based upon the completion of five construction phases.
